AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ASSOCIATED MARINE INSTITUTE, INC. (GCMI) AND THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY
Description
This 3rd amendment to the lease agreement is to extend the building lease by one year to Associated Marine Institute, Inc. for use as Gulf Coast Marine Institute (an alternative school). Lease will expire September 3, 2008.
Recommendation
That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the amendment to the lease agreement as presented.
